When activated by a workspace manager, an assessor can receive email notifications each time a learner makes a new submission, or removes it from a workspace.

New submission

When a learner shares with ATLAS to submit a new asset for assessment, you will receive an email notification confirming:

• the title of the submission
• the date and time of the submission
• the name of the workspace
• a direct link to the assignment

Contact your workspace manager to enable this notification.

Removed submission

If a learner is given the permission to withdraw a submission from a workspace, when they do so you will receive an email notification confirming:

• the title of the submission
• the date and time of the submission
• the name of the workspace
• a direct link to the assignment
