Where a submission contains a digital signature, this report provides a summary overview of the name, details and date of the verifier for each page signed.
Run a report
If the submission contains a digital signature, this report will be available as an option to choose from the ATLAS workspace.
Next to each submission, the report will show:
- date of verification
- name of verifier (if requested)
- email of verifier (if requested)
If the page is not set to lock after signature, the report will also show if the learner has made subsequent edits.
The page containing the digital signature must be contained directly in the submitted asset, and not in an asset attached to the main submission.
To report:
- In the submission list, choose the assignment from the dropdown (if multiple available).
- Tick to select the submissions to report on.
- Click Report and choose Digital Signatures.
