A workspace manager can control how an asset approval is completed by an assessor in submission viewer, including the statement wording and level's requirement.
To access:
- Within the workspace, click Management.
- Click Feedback from the sub menu.
- Click Approval settings from the page tabs.
At minimum, you will need to be a workspace manager with lead tutor permissions.
Enable a level
For asset approvals, three levels are available. Each can be enabled individually, based on your requirements.
To enable:
- Tick the Enabled box for each level.
- Click Save at the bottom of the page.
Read the assessor's guide to adding an approval.
Amend approval statements
While the red, amber, green colour scheme of an approval is consistent, the statements used alongside each can be editing. For example, neutral can represent:
- does not require validation, or
- does not yet meet requirement
The title of each level can also be customised, from the standard level one, two three.
To amend:
- (Re)Type the statements in each text area.
- Click Save at the bottom of the page.
Manager permissions
Once the feedback setting options have been set, it is important to also update the manager enrolment permissions to ensure each role has access to the required approval level.
To edit:
- In the workspace Management tab, click Manager from the sub menu.
- Click Modify permissions.
- Tick and untick the level 1, 2 and 3 options to correspond to role
- Click Save.
