A workspace manager can control if a page verification is released immediately, or held for release, when it is completed by an assessor in submission viewer. 

To access:

1. Within the workspace, click Management.
2. Click Feedback from the sub menu.
3. Click Page verification settings from the page tabs.

At minimum, you will need to be a workspace manager with lead tutor permissions.

Release setting

Where a workbook contains a page that uses page release, for a learner to see it, an assessor must first add a page verification in ATLAS.

The workspace management setting determines if their verification is:

• Released immediately (Recommended)
  The action is instantly released, making the verification and its linked page visible to the learner.
  
  
• Held for release
  The verification is held and must be released by a lead tutor, or someone with Manage feedback permissions, from the workspace's submission list.

The resource owner sets the workbook's page release properties.
