Business review meetings

Our business review meetings aim to support your implementation and customer journey to ensure maximum success and a clear return on investment with PebblePad.






Types of review meeting 


We offer two types of business review meetings with a customer, both run by the Customer Success Manager (CSM): 



Periodic Business Review (PBR)

  • review, enable and guide progress towards the action plans for the institution,
  • raise concerns and brainstorm solutions,
  • partner with you to help ensure your success. 

 


Executive Business Review (EBR)

  • review progress and alignment to institutional strategy with senior level stakeholders,
  • understand and support you in meeting strategic plans or goals.


 

The frequency of meetings will be agreed between you and your CSM. For each year of your contract, we recommend at least:


  • one PBR
  • one EBR



Other day-to-day and operational meetings can be scheduled with a CSM as needed.






Meeting attendees


When meeting, we aim to ensure everyone's time is well spent and those attending can offer and receive insights and value.



Executive Business Reviews

 

From our PebblePad team, it will include the CSM, the regional Business Development Director, plus other senior leaders or area specialists as required.  


From your team, we will invite those with the PebblePad Roles:


  • Executive Sponsor
    A nominated Executive or Pro-Vice Chancellor who is able to discuss the strategic direction and make informed decisions.


  • Account Owner
    A manager to enact the vision and manage your staff and teams to enable a purposeful use of PebblePad.


  • Contract Contact
    A procurement representative to discuss renewal opportunities and procurement processes at the institution, if relevant for this meeting 


  • PebblePad Champion(s)
    Academics and other support staff able to talk about the real use and impact of PebblePad in their context.



Periodic Business Review


The meeting is run by your CSM, who will bring in additional area specialists from across PebblePad as needed. The keystone document for this meeting is the Success Plan.


From your team, we will invite those with the PebblePad Roles:


  • Account Owner
    A manager to enact the vision and manage your staff and teams.


  • Project Manager
    A manager of learning design staff or IT support staff able to offer specialist insights.


The institution can also invite additional staff, such as PebblePad Trainers or IT Engineers, if required for a particular meeting.
