We actively facilitate community groups as collaborative spaces to bring users together to share ideas, experiences, and expertise to deepen PebblePad knowhow.
Types of user group
Regional User Group
Regional User Groups (RUGs) are regional or institution-based communities of PebblePad users who meet virtually or in-person to explore platform use, showcase practices, and support one another in implementation and innovation.
These groups typically include a mix of academics, learning designers, and support staff who are directly involved in the use of PebblePad at their institutions.

Benefit of user groups
By actively facilitating user groups, we believe they:
Foster a community of practice
User groups provide a forum for peer-to-peer support, encouraging members to learn from each other’s successes and challenges. They offer a sense of community for professionals who are often innovating in isolation.
Showcase practice and innovation
Our groups are an opportunity for institutions to showcase how you are using PebblePad in creative and impactful ways. This sharing of ideas helps to surface best practices and spark new thinking across the wider community.
Build confidence and capability
Whether you're new to PebblePad or an experienced user, being a group member provides a supportive environment to ask questions, share solutions, and build your confidence in using the platform to its fullest potential.
Drive platform development
Feedback from group members is incredibly valuable in informing our ongoing platform development. By sharing real-world needs, challenges, and suggestions, group members help shape the future direction of PebblePad.
Enhance strategic implementation
For institutions aiming to embed PebblePad more deeply into curriculum design, assessment strategies, or learner development frameworks, participation in these groups can provide critical insights and connections that support strategic goals.
Join a user group
Anybody with a PebblePad Role can join a regional user group, or special interest group.
Contact your dedicated Customer Success Manager, or your local PebblePad Account Owner to inquire.
