Where a submission contains a digital signature, this report provides a summary overview of the name, details and date of the verifier for each page signed.

Run a report

If a submission contains a digital signature, this single-focussed report is available as an option to choose from the ATLAS workspace. 

Next to each selected submission, the report will show:

• date of verification
• name of verifier (if requested)
• email of verifier (if requested)

If the page is not set to lock after signature, the report will also show if the learner has made subsequent edits.

Use a template or workspace report to see digital signature data alongside the page's wider response data.

To report:

1. In the submission list, choose the assignment from the dropdown (if multiple available).
2. Tick to select the submissions to report on.
3. Click Report from the toolbar at the bottom of the screen and choose Digital Signatures.

The page containing the digital signature must be contained directly in the submitted asset, and not in an asset attached to the main submission.
