Taking a copy of a resource creates an independent duplicate with the same structure but separates it from any asset responses linked to the original resource.

Make a copy

A copy of a resource in your Resource Store can be taken when:

• you own, or co-own, the resource,
• it's a generic PebblePad resource,
• it's been shared with you with take a copy permission

Resources must be copied one at a time, not in bulk.

To copy:

1. In the Resource Store, tick the resource.
2. From I want to... choose Copy.
   
   
   
   
3. In the modal, the new title is confirmed. Rename here if required.
   
   
   
   
   
4. Click Copy item. The new resource is saved to your Resource Store.

The copied resource will duplicate the blocks and properties of the original.

The copied resource will not retain any links to the original resource.
