A resource owner can keep their Resource Store tidy by deleting anything unused. Deleting and purging a resource does not delete any linked asset responses.

Delete a resource

Resources you own that are no longer needed can be deleted from your Resource Store. Deleting a resource does not impact its linked asset responses, but it does mean no further edits can be made to it.

To delete:

1. In the Resource Store, tick the resource.
2. Click I want to...  and choose Delete.
3. Read the warning model, and click Delete.
   
   
   
   
4. The deleted item is moved from the Resource Store into the Deleted Store.
   
   

Restore a resource

Resources deleted from your Resource Store can be recovered if you decide they are still needed.

To restore:

1. In the Deleted Store, tick the resource.
2. Click the I want to... button and choose Restore.
3. Read the warning model, and click Restore.
4. The resource is returned to your Resource Store.

Purge a resource 

Resources can be completely removed from your account - known as purging.

To purge:

1. From the Deleted Store, tick the resource.
2. Click the I want to... button and choose Purge.
3. Read the warning model, and click Delete permanently.
4. The resource is removed to your Deleted Store.

A purged file cannot be recovered.
