Page verification is used to confirm a learner has adequately completed a page within a workbook, and by verifying it, another page is released to be completed.

External assessors cannot add a page verification. This function is available for internal assessors only.

Verify & release

Verify is used in a workbook for an assessor to confirm a learner has adequately completed a page. In doing so, another page is released within the workbook for a learner to complete. 

To verify:

1. With the submission open in Submission Viewer, click the sidebar icon to open it
2. Click the Feedback tab
3. Click I want to... and choose Verify this page.
4. Confirmation will be added to the sidebar.
5. When the feedback is released, a new page will be visible in the workbook.

Verify, lock & release

The same principle and process applies as above, with the addition that the page will also lock upon verification.

The learner is still able to open their workbook in Pebble+, and continue to work on other pages, but the verified page will be locked to prevent any further changes.
