Onboarding PebblePad

Onboarding at PebblePad for every new customer is a well-structured, comprehensive programme of meetings, workshops and tasks to establish long term success.






Overview


Our detailed onboarding programme delivers a series of sessions over a 4-6 week period. Each session is tailored for specific roles to ensure time is used effectively, and progress can be well-paced.


The sessions are organised and led by your dedicated PebblePad Onboarding Manager, who will be your primary contact during the initials stages of your implementation. 


They will work closely with your identified Project Manager to identify the people who will be assigned PebblePad Roles, and schedule sessions according to availability.







Welcome Workshop 


The first opportunity for the teams to meet, introduce ourselves and begin planning the onboarding phase of your customer journey.   


The session is 90 minutes, and attendees include:

  • Account Owner
  • Project Manager
  • IT Engineer
  • Executive Sponsor
  • PebblePad Champion

What is PebblePad & Art of the Possible 


A session to help everyone at your organisation know what PebblePad is, and what you can do with the platform, now and long into the future.


The session is 90-120 minutes, and is an open invitation. It's essential for those involved in onboarding and implementing PebblePad, and recommended for everyone else.


The agenda includes:

  • PebblePad vision and philosophy
  • Platform organisation and structure
  • PebblePad in practice
  • Resources




 


Implementation workshop


A session for all those with a PebblePad Role, plus other senior stakeholders, to explore and discuss the vision and scope of implementation within your organisation.


The workshop provides resources to work through, and additional internal meetings may occur beforehand to help you prepare and collate necessary and useful information.


The session is from 90 minutes to 1 day, and attendees include:

For those staff members who will be responsible for administering and maintaining your PebblePad installation.

 

The session is 90 minutes, and attendees include:

  • IT Engineer

  3. Platform administration
  4. Global administration
  5. ATLAS administration






Integration workshop


To explore and discuss the integration options for PebblePad with your wider IT environment.


The session is 90 minutes, and attendees include:

  • Project Manager
  • Global Administrator
  • IT Engineer

  • Look ahead to next steps

 





Next steps


Once the onboarding session is complete, you will move into the Orientation and Innovation stages of your customer journey with PebblePad.
