Submissions in an ATLAS workspace can be exported to be used offline or in other platforms. Export only grades or feedback separately, or the whole submission.

Export submissions

One, a selection, or all submissions from an assignment can be exported as a PDF file.

It will include:

• assessor feedback
• assessor comments
• assessor grades
• assessor approvals
• attached assets (if selected)

To export:

1. From the workspace submission list, tick the submissions to export
2. Click Export and choose Submissions
3. Select the page orientation - portrait or landscape
4. (If required) Tick to include attached assets
5. Click Continue
6. In your email inbox, click the download link
7. A zip folder is downloaded to your device.

Export grades

One, a selection, or all grades from an assignment submission can be exported as a CSV file.

It will include:

• Submission details
• Grade details
• Learner details
• Assessor details

To export:

1. From the workspace submission list, tick the submissions to export
2. Click Export and choose Grades only.
3. In the modal pop up, click Export.
4. A .csv file is downloaded to your device.

Export feedback

One, a selection, or all assessment from an assignment submission can be exported as a CSV file.

It will include:

• Submission details
• Learner details
• Assessor details

You can choose to include one or all of:

• grades
• comments
• approvals

To export:

1. From the workspace submission list, tick the submissions to export.
2. Click Export and choose Feedback
3. In the modal pop up, choose your options and click Export.
4. A .csv file is downloaded to your device.

Export Turnitin similarity scores

One, a selection, or all Turnitin similarity score reports from an assignment submission can be exported as a CSV file.

It will include:

• Submission details
• Publisher details
• Assessor details
• Turnitin scores

To export:

1. From the workspace submission list, tick the submissions to export.
2. Click Export and choose Turnitin similarity scores.
3. In the modal pop up, click Export.
4. A .csv file is downloaded to your device.

Turnitin must be activated on the workspace, and the submissions sent to Turnitin.
