View attached evidence

Included with any submission can be a series of attached assets added by learners to provide evidence and background information to justify their achievements.

Activity log & Collection

Both an activity log and a collection let learners collate assets onto a page. Anything added will also be accessible to assessors when the asset is shared to ATLAS for assessment.

To view:

  1. With the submission open in Submission Viewer, open the activity log or collection page.
  2. From the list, click the title of the asset to view
  3. The asset will open in the same browser window
  4. Use the Back to [workbook] link to go back to the list

Attached assets

Where enabled on blocks within a template or workbook, a learner can attach assets to provide additional information or evidence.

An icon indicates where a learner has added assets, and an optional justification can explain its inclusion.

Embedded assets

Where a template contains a media picker block, a learner can attach one individual asset and embed it into the page. As an assessor, you can see this from the Submission Viewer.

  • Images, audio & video - will display directly within the page
  • Documents (PDF, docx etc) - will need to be downloaded to be viewed.
